Jodi is amazing and you can tell the amount of love she has for animals when you talk to her. Trinity is also very kind and attentive and always eager to help. Each employee I've interacted with (or observed when I'm loafing around) here has a love for animals, whether it be for the birds, bunnies, or hamsters. The amount of love these employees show the animals here have me returning to support the store whenever I can. Plus, I love playing with the birds.

Jodi was AMAZING with my two very curious kiddos today! You can tell she truly loves animals and educating people. My kids were very interested I. learning and she was beyond patient and informative about Guinea pigs for them! Keep up the great work Jodi!

I came here with my family and it was so fun, we played with the small animals the whole time and it was great. The staff was really helpful and gave us a bunch of information on the animals we were playing with. The staff helped us hold animals and were really patient with us. I want to mention an albino ferret that I played with, I really likes her and names her Priscilla, I didnt get to take her home though. I hope she can find a good home.

My kid had a blast checking out all the fuzzy little creatures and looking at all the fish. Friendly staff, store was clean and appeared well maintained

It's quite heavily priced, but they have a solid variety of fish and pet supplies. Fun just to walk around

So we have been here before but this experience was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. We had an amazing employee named Jay and he knew so much about all the animals. We ended up going with purchasing a Dutch Bunny and Jay was hands down the best person to talk to. He was so knowledgeable about everything he said. He answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable bringing home a new fur baby! This man deserves a raise with how helpful he was. We will come back to pet land for all of our pet needs!!
